Boris is as tall as a child and he stands on his own.

Boris'  feet are weighted with beans so he stands on his own quite nicely.  His internal frame keeps him standing tall, so he won't get droopy, yet his soft, thick, rich dark brown fur makes him completely huggable.  Boris has posable arms and a satiny bow around his neck.
